Our wine list may change based on availability.

We prefer hand-made wines that taste of the place the grapes were grown and reflect the sensibilities of the people who made them. Some of our wines are from grapes that were grown sustainably (S) organically (0) Fish/water friendly (FW) or biodynamically (BD). These are noted on the list.

Sparkling & Whites
Prosecco, Ca del Doge, Veneto, Italy NV
Delicate bouquet with hints of golden apple & acacia flower. Off dry, with a touch of honey and vanilla, this sparkling beauty has enough acid to cleanse and awaken the palate. Delicious by itself or throughout your meal.

Moscato di Asti, Borgo Maragliano, Piemonte, Italy 2007
Slightly sweet and spritzy, this wine has lots of fresh peach, pear and jasmine on the nose and a gentle sparkle on the palate that brightens the fruit. Try as an apertivo or with dessert.

Sauvignon Blanc, Spinyback, Nelson, New Zealand 2007
Lovely pungent aromas of gooseberry and passion fruit with a mineral undercurrent to help give the wine excellent balance and length. Enjoy with our spicy Finocchio Artisan pizza.

Sauvignon Blanc, Husch, Anderson Valley 2006 (S) (FW)
Aromas of lemongrass, grapefruit, lime and bright melon. Lemon custard, citrus and fresh melon on the palate. A touch of grassiness and tangy acidity; a perfect foil for Bella's 40 Cloves of Garlic traditional pie.

Pinot Bianco, "Only Bianco", Salento, Rocca dei Mori, Sicily, Italy 2006
Crisp, medium-bodied dry with aromas of green almonds. Refreshing and lively, the Sicilian sun is reflected in the ripe citrus on the palate. A touch of oak adds vanilla & cream tones and imparts a Chardonnay-like texture and finish. Yummy with our Bruschette.

Pinot Grigio, Ciani, Friuli, Italy 2005
Gravelly, tart lemon, white pepper in the nose, and honeydew melon on the palate. Delicious with our Baby iceberg salad; it's crisp enough to balance with the creamy dressing and cut the richness of the blue cheese.

Pinot Grigio, Villa Folina, Veneto, Italy 2006
Offering refreshing notes of citrus and apples this classic is well balanced on the palate with loads of fresh peaches and pears, followed by a crisp and fragrant finish. Delicious as an aperitif, this is also an excellent, satisfying choice that is perfect for a meal of antipasti.

Chardonnay/Sauvignon Blend, Clyde's White, Mendocino
Balanced, refreshing with a touch of Muscat. No oak. Approachable, easy & fun to drink. It pairs especially well with our Sicilian chicken pesto pizza.

Chardonnay, La Puerta, Argentina 2004
Exotic aromas of white flowers, tropical fruit, peach and vanilla laced fruit. The palate is soft yet textured with green pears and apples, and a hint of eucalyptus in the finish makes it a great match for our Hawaiian island pie.

Chardonnay, McNab Ridge, Estate Grown, Mendocino 2005
An abundance of melon and pear fruit characters in the nose with overtones of luscious mouth-filling sweet nut and creamy butter flavors. Try it with our Artisan spinach & roasted tomato pizza.

Reds
Pinot Noir, Howling Moon, Sonoma 2005
Spicy cherry with touches of scorched earth, a pleasant terroir driven wine. Medium bodied, firm structure. Blackberry and blueberry flavors lead to a lush, ripe finish. Perfect match with our roasted mushroom panino.

Pinot Noir, Leveroni, Sonoma Valley 2006
A small production winery, this is a stellar pinot. It's an elegant wine with plenty of structure and backbone. Bouquet of rose petals and sweet violets. Bright cherry & raspberry flavors, soft & velvety on the palate, with a little spice & subtle smoke. Easy drinking but with good concentrated juice. One of our favorite all-around pinots.

Pinot Noir, Mahoney, Cameros, Napa 2005
Black cherry, smoke, black pepper and allspice in the nose. The wine has ample tannins, well-integrated oak and a lush, supple texture. Palate is full with cherries, ginger, caramel and a touch of cinnamon.

Merlot, Brownstone, Lodi 2004
Medium body with a smooth finish. Ripe cherry aromas with a hint of toasty oak. A bit of sangiovese & pinot noir gives this wine unexpected complexity with plum and raspberry on the palate.

Merlot, McNab Ridge, Mendocino 2003
McNab Valley grapes create a Merlot with an emphasis on fruit. Aromas of blueberry and slight chocolate. Flavors of currant, black cherry, plum & "soda pop". Finishes with lasting fruit and mild tannins.

Merlot, Cinnabar, Paso Robles 2005
A nose of blackberry, mocha, smoke and vanilla complements a palate of deep ripe berry and spice. The soft texture and rounded tannins make this an easy-drinking wine. Its moderately long finish of plums, cocoa and toasted oak matches deliciously with spicy meatballs and our Italian sausage panino.

Sangiovese, Chianti, Badia al Colle, Tuscany, Italy 2005
Lots of cherries with a hint of almond on the nose. Bright berry, flora, leather and violet aromas. Medium-bodied. Dark cherries dominate the palate. This wine is the perfect match for any tomato oriented dish.

Sangiovese Blend, Chianti Montalbano, Fattoria Castellina, Italy (2005) (0) (BD)
Big perfumes, aromas and flavors of violets, cherry, plum, berry, mint, licorice, pepper, chocolate and leather. Pure expression of terroir. An outstanding match with our spicy meatballs.

Sangiovese Blend, Bonny Doon Ca' Del Solo, Santa Cruz Mts 2005 (S)
Sangiovese but with a Bonny Doon twist. The blend is 90% Sangiovese, 5% Nero d'Avola, 3% Cinsault, and 2% Colorino. Wonderful cranberry, pomegranate, cirmamon, and toasted almond notes are pronounced made from grapes grown biodynamically. Minerally with cherry tobacco notes and subtle chocolate tones that open up to cassis and black cherry flavors.

Zinfandel, Zinzilla, Mendocino County, 2005
This wine is bright, opaque ruby, and very viscous, with aromas of boysenberry, rhubarb, black pepper, barnyard, green grass, meadow, and lilac. High in alcohol, this sweet raspberry-cassis infusion is floral, creamy, round, and very rich on the palate. This "monster" wine gives new meaning to the term fruit bomb, and matches up to any of our spicy pies.

Zinfandel, McNab Ridge, Mendocino County 2005
Red cherry jam, tobacco, candied orange peel and smoky oak on the nose. Flavors of plum, earth, chocolate. A nicely crafted, more elegant zin than most, this delicious wine is fabulous with our tomato sauced pies.

Zinfandel, Klinker Brick Old Vine, Lodi 2005 (S)
Full, juicy flavors of cherries and plums with a perfect balance of oak and spice. There is a nuance of mint and clove on the nose and a lingering, elegant finish. Try it with The Godfather Traditional pie.

Zinfandel/Syrah, Fred's Red, Mendocino 2006
Clear ruby color and a luscious aroma of mixed blackberries, blueberries, cherries and black currant. The flavor is juicy and fresh, with great structure and a longfinish.

Zinfandel blend: Ridge, Three Valleys, Sonoma 2006 (S) (FW)
A California Rhone Valley look-alike, it boasts loads of raspberry, black cherry, and currant fruit, excellent density. Loads of character. this wine's pedigree is old- vine carignane ( bright fruit and acidity); petite sirah and syrah (peppery spice, depth of color, and firm tannins); grenache (briar fruit and lively tannins). This medium to full-bodied, voluptuous, sexy red is ideal for drinking with our Traditional Italian Combo.

Zinfandel Blend II Cuore Rosso Classico North Coast CA 2005
Exuberant expression of berries, plums and ripe cherries. Jammy complexity and spicy character with plum nuances, and great color, this bowl of fruit has the fresh acidily to marry with spicy cuisine and dishes like our Artisan salsiccia pizza.

Primativo, di Manduria, Apulia, Italy 2004
Flavors of baked red fruits and jammy black fruit balanced with fine grained tannin and a hint of clean, mineral flavors. Finishes juicy character with expressive and well-delineated plum and blackberry fruit, velvety finish. Medium-bodied with fine tannins and lots of exotic flavor on the long finish. Try this with our beet salad and Eduardo's Eggplant pie.

Barbera di Asti, Convento dei Cappuccini, Piemonte, Italy 2003
Bold yet elegant and complex this wine has lots of bright red fruits on the palate of raspberries, cherries and hints strawberries. This beauty is a staff favorite, and pairs really well with our prosciutto di Parma pie.

VaIpolicella Ripassato Veneto, Classico Superiore, Corteforta, Italy 2004
Gorgeous ruby red color, with hints of violets on the nose, this big bold and incredibly supple wine shows deep red fruits, bright tannins and a spicy palate. It's well balanced, full bodied and velvety. Try it with aur sausage panino or mushroom Artisan pie.

Cabernet Sauvignon, Cannonball, California 2005
This full bodied well balanced wine has a thick textured palate that echoes thick black fruit flavors. Velvety tannins lead to a long complex finish that screams for another splash. The wine is aged in oak for 8 months to add softness and complexity while packing powerful fruit forward character. Big and bold, this wine has a brambly nose and is filled with black cherries, black berries, and chocolate.

Organic Cabernet, Corte d' Aibo, Colli Bolognese Emilia Romagna, Italy (0)
Velvety cabernet has trademark blackcurrant, mint and chocolate notes, big boned with round, ripe tannins and an unending finish! Great far sipping along side rich, meaty pizza or on its own. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Cabernet Blend, Hook & Ladder "The Tillerman" Russian River 2005
Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Sangiovese are given the royal treatment in this Russian River Valley red blend. Bursts of ripe fruits, with berry, cassis, spice and leather on the palate, with a smooth and long juicy finish. Perfect for lovers of Cabs and Bordeaux blends.

Passito di Pantelleria "Ipsus", Sicily, Italy 2005
Classic vin santo style. Muscat-based, this delightful wine boasts a sweetly floral nose with a hint of caramel. The taste up front is a poweiful blend of flavors including lychee, oolong tea, clove, nutmeg, and lemon bar. Similar to a sherry, Nutty almonds, sweet and perfect with Biscotti.
